CHALLENGE

After fielding calls from customers wanting promotional merchandise featuring their favorite distilled liquors, Bacardi USA decided to take advantage of Proforma’s eCommerce solutions. Bacardi saw the value in promoting themselves through branded merchandise. Not only would it fulfill customer requests, but also provide the potential for “free” advertising.

SOLUTION

We designed and sourced the merchandise to be sold on a custom eCommerce platform. The eCommerce site showcased the Bacardi brand. We warehoused, picked, packed, and fulfilled the orders that came in. Our customer service team fielded all inquiries and managed inventory.

Completely satisfied with the products and eCommerce solution, Bacardi engaged Proforma to expand product offering across several of their brands.
