Bacardi USA was fielding calls from consumers wanting promotional merchandise featuring their favorite brands. Bacardi realized the value of these requests after all it could amount to free advertising however since their core competency was distilling liquor they turned to Proforma Global Sourcing for a solution.
Solution
Proforma designed and sourced the merchandise to be sold. Once approved by Bacardi Proforma built the e-commerce platform to facilitate the orders. We warehoused, picked, packed and fulfilled the orders that came in. Our customer service team fielded all inquiries and managed inventory.
